Piada Italian Street Food: Reviews & Ratings
First time here at Piada in Keller. 1st off, Brady made our experience top tier, 2nd the food was AAAMMMAZINGGGG !!! Me and my wife enjoyed the atmosphere as well and look forward to coming back very soon!
Tried Piada for the first time today and BAYBEEEEE… that Carbonara Pasta did NOT disappoint! It was creamy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. I did not get the bacon on mine. I got a side of their Diavolo sauce too, and whew… that little kick took it to the next level! The Diavolo sauce tastes like a spicy marinara, but it is good! The spicy chicken has a kick but not overpowering. The guy who helped me (Jaheim) was really nice and the place was clean and the food was FRESH! If you haven’t tried it yet, I definitely recommend it! I’ll be back for sure!
Since day one, Piada has been our family’s go to place to eat. I highly recommend their Hot Chicken. It’s amazing on everything! Jaiden and Gisllie, along with the rest of the crew, are always super friendly and eager to help in any way, which is why we always come back. This place comes highly recommended and offers fair pricing too
This food was so very refreshing and tasty! Kaylee and Jaiden were very helpful when choosing what to eat for our first time. Definitely try if you are craving Italian food and salads!!
I was really excited to try Piada Italian Street Food because it seemed like something new and different from the same old fast food options. I had done a little research online before going and saw that they offered pastas, rolls (kind of like burritos), and you could mix and match sauces. Online, I even saw videos where they toss the pasta in a pan right in front of you, which looked awesome — but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case at this location. Not sure if they’ve stopped doing it or if this spot just doesn’t, but here they just put the sauce on top. At least the mix-and-match sauce options were still available. The food itself was good — not great, but good. I built my own pasta with penne + alfredo + pesto sauce, and it turned out solid. The best part was honestly the sweet peppers, which added a nice pop of flavor. For the roll, I went with the crispy spicy chicken with diavolo sauce and spicy ranch, and that was pretty tasty too. Definitely different from your usual fast food in a good way. That said, the experience at this location wasn’t great. We waited about 15 minutes just standing there before anyone even attended to us. The staff looked overwhelmed and struggling to keep up. Once we finally ordered, I’d say about 30% of the ingredient bins were empty, so we didn’t have all the options to really build what we wanted. On top of that, the wait time was way too long for what’s supposed to be a “fast” food spot, and the cleanliness could use improvement as well. Overall, I’d say Piada is a good quick stop if you’re in the mood for pasta but don’t want to sit down at a full restaurant and spend $20+. For around $10–15 you can get a decent pasta or roll that’s much more interesting than typical fast food. With better management, staffing, and cleanliness, this place could shine. I’d give it 3.5 stars if I could, but since Google doesn’t allow halves, I’ll round it up to 4.
Love, love, love this location. The staff were so warm and welcoming! So polite! It also was very clean and the atmosphere was great! Thank you so much for your hard work and great energy. I would recommend this location to all of my friends and loved ones !
We came in because I was craving Italian and THIS PLACE IS SO GOOD. It’s a create your own but they also have set menu options too. The sauces are so flavorful I can’t describe how good everything we got was. The owner was so kind and helped us even during the peak busy time. If you like real Italian flavors, I have to recommend going to PIADA. The pockets are phenomenal as well. You have to try the spinach artichoke piada pocket, it’s literally the best bite of food I’ve ever put in my mouth.
I absolutely love this place! Everything is always good but my favorite is the Carbonara with the Hot Fried Chicken! Fresh, creamy, spicy, & delicious! Service was great, up beat, attentive, friendly, & fast! Wish I would’ve taken a picture before I dug into my bowl!
